HAMBLETON DISTRICT COUNCIL SEE 18.9% INCREASE FOLLOWING PROGRAMME

Hambleton District Council have seen a tangible 18.9% increase in the performance of their managers following a 21st Century Leadership programme conducted by CCC Inspirations.
The one day a month 21st Century Leadership programme was conducted from July 2008 to January 2009 was followed up 12 months after the commencement with a second round of 360 feedback sessions for the 12 Managers who attended the programme. The year on year results actually showed an 18.9% increase in the managers performance.
This increase was established through the development each manager had made from their 2008, 360 feedback results compared to their results in 2009, and there were improvements across the board.
Hambleton District Council are overwhelmed with this tangible increase, and this measurement on the return on investment is now being duplicated throughout the other 21st Century Leadership programmes the Council are currently running with CCC Inspirations.
